How billing works
- Billed by the hour: a resource's hourly price is its monthly price divided by 730
- Capped: nothing costs more in a calendar month than its monthly price
- Inbound traffic, private networks and private traffic are free
- €4.00 a month for a public IPv4, wherever it is held; IPv6 is never a line item
- One invoice per month in euros, excluding VAT, paid by card through Stripe
- A stopped server keeps its disk and addresses, so it keeps billing; delete what you don't need

Pricing questions
Is there a free tier?
Every new account gets €249 of credit, valid for 60 days. A card is required before you create resources, and the credit is always spent first.
What is the difference between the tiers?
The same sizes exist in every tier, so a server changes tier without changing size. Cost-optimized has the lowest price per core, Balanced adds included disk and steadier performance, and Dedicated CPU gives you cores nobody else uses.
What happens if I run out of credit?
Your card is charged for usage the credit doesn't cover. Nothing you run is stopped because a credit expires. If an invoice stays unpaid for more than seven days the account can't create new resources until it is paid.
Are there commitments or reserved pricing?
No. Every price on this page is on demand, with the monthly cap, and you can delete a resource at any time.
